The director of digital experiences at Taco Bell stated that their franchisees are embracing the mobile paying app. “Typically there tend to be more repetitive and higher transactions via mobile devices. It’s yet another way to build connections with people,” John Gordon of the San Diego-based Pacific Management Consulting Group stated.
